Resistance to vibration and shock conditions and operation are important issues of the automotive and defense industry. Vibration up to very high frequencies and shock tests at high levels can be performed with electro-dynamic shakers.
3 axes are tested in order in electro-dynamic shakers. In X and Y axis tests, the test sample is placed on the sliding table of the shaker. The shaker armature is connected to the sliding table by rotating it 90 degrees and a test is carried out by vibrating the sliding table. In tests in the Z axis, the test sample is attached directly to the shaker armature.
OUR INFRASTRUCTURE
There are four electro-dynamic shakers (10 kN, 15 kN, 49 kN and 70 kN) and also one servo-hydraulic vibration test system.
Electro-Dynamic Shakers
Maximum Force: 70kN (Sine & Random); 140kN (Shock)
Maximum Payload: 1.000 kg (fixture + test sample)
Maximum Acceleration: 1000m/s2
Maximum Displacement: 76 mm
Maximum Payload (Fixture Included): 1.000 kg
Table Size: 1.200mm x 1.200mm
Head Expander Diameter: 900mm
Combined Test: 49kN and 70kN shakers can work with climate chamber
Servo Hydraulic Vibration Test System
It performs tests of large and heavy parts up to 200 Hz, 250kN force and 4 tons. 3 axes are tested separately. EV battery packs, testing of systems like air conditioning systems in railway industry, automotive standard tests and various product tests of defense industry can be performed.
