In conditions where the test cannot be performed, simulation can be complementary. We can do studies such as vehicle dynamics, fatigue, CFD Fluid dynamics, thermal analysis, vibration, acoustics, impact-shock. We can simulate type approval tests such as ROPS, FOPS, ECE R66, ECE R107.
Test Fixture
We can design and manufacture the most suitable, economical fixture for you. Fixtures are required to connect the structures to be tested to the test device, whether structural or vibration-shock. These fixtures must be made in accordance with the test run, with sufficient strength, at the desired natural frequencies, and often supplied quickly. Our company produces its design-analysis-measurement capabilities and test fixtures in its workshop in the center.
Path Data Processing
We can measure, interpret and continuously monitor parameters such as strain, acceleration, force, temperature, pressure, CAN bus, digital data during the test or in field tests.
Creating Test Specifications
Sometimes you may not have a clear test specification. By combining activities such as road data collection and computer-aided analysis with our past experience, we can develop test specifications to check that your product is designed in accordance with your commercial predictions. By processing the collected data, creating conjugate test scenarios, accelerating and giving the equivalent damage in shorter times are carried out with the help of nCode software. This study can be carried out for structures exposed to direct force or structures exposed to vibration loads.
