Life (Fatigue) Tests

The strength of the structures under repeated loads is called the fatigue life. The vast majority of defects in automotive are caused by fatigue. Fatigue tests can be in very different configurations depending on the shape of the part or the body, where the load will be applied, how many directions the load will be applied, and the temperature of the part. We can perform tests by providing the desired configuration with suitable fixtures with the servo hydraulic, servo mechanical, pneumatic actuators we have.

• 3 60m2 (10m x 6m) and 1 28m2 (7m x 4m) test chassis
• 1000l / min installed hydraulic power infrastructure in total
• Various actuators between 0-500kN
• Bias and Moog brand controllers
• Pressure-Vacuum tests (Test infrastructure that performs pressure-vacuum cyclical tests to components like fuel tank between 20 kPa / -5.17 kPa pressure range)
