STATIC STRENGTH TESTS

Static strength tests are mechanical strength tests in which the load is applied statically or very slowly. Loads can also be applied on one or more axes. Loads are applied with force or displacement control. The static tests we have done according to the loading types are listed below:

• Tensile tests
• Compression tests
• Flexural tests
• Torsion tests
• Multi-axis static tests

Our Infrastructure

• 3 x  60m2 test areas, high ceiling, 10 tons of crane.
• Servo hydraulic actuators between 0-500kN in various quantities.
• Static Torsion Test System: 
  • Static torsion strength tests gearbox etc. (Maximum Torque: 100 kNm, Maximum Angle: 27°)
• Ability to test different structures from rubber bushes to complete trailer body.
